All participants must have a waiver filled out by their legal guardian and handed in to the office before participating in any activities.

Viewing

Classes are open for viewing.  We do require everyone viewing classes to use quiet voices so that everyone can hear the instructors. As long as students are able to go to the bathroom without assistance, parents are able to leave during class time.

Clinics are drop off, parents can not stay, this is to provide the safest environment for the children.  Parents are welcome to come watch for the last 15 minutes of camp before pick up.

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive any type of credit or refund, the office must be notified more than a week before the start date of the class billing cycle or clinic.  If not notified more than a week in advance, there will not be any refunds or credits towards other sessions or programs.

Any refunds will be charged a $30 administrative fee.

Missed Clinics

WE ARE NOT ALBE TO OFFER ANY REFUNDS, CREDITS OR MAKE UPS FOR ANY MISSED CLINICS.

Missed Classes

For group classes, students are allowed one make up class per billing cycle.  The make up class must be used for before the end of the billing cycle of the missed class.  Once the makeup class is scheduled you will not be able to reschedule the make up class.  We can not schedule make ups more than a week in advance. We have very limited space in each class and make up classes can only be scheduled in a class that has openings, so we may not always be able to accommodate them.

Students enrolled in private lessons are allowed to cancel or reschedule one private lesson per month, as long as the office is notified ahead of time at least 3 hours ahead of time. If the office is not notified at least 3 hours ahead of time of a missed private lesson, you will be charged full price for of the lesson.

Behavioral Expectations

The programs at Challenge Athletics are very structured and require students to follow directions well.  During each child’s time at Challenge Athletics, we want to provide them with a safe and enjoyable learning environment.  To provide that environment, we need to make sure that all students can play well with others and follow directions from all teachers. If students are not able to follow safety rules or are negatively impacting others, they will be asked to leave the program.

Drop Off & Pick Up

Parents must arrive on time at the end of class for pick up.  Students can not be left unattended in the waiting room outside of their class time.  If you need to pick up your child before the end of class or clinic, just notify the front desk and a staff member will bring the student to the waiting area.
